Face-to-Face
Counselling

I offer integrative counselling in person from my home office in Wigan, providing a calm and confidential space where you can talk openly and feel at ease.

My therapy room is designed to help you feel safe and comfortable from the moment you arrive. There are soft blankets and cushions to create a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, and fidget toys available to help ease anxiety or restlessness during sessions. Many clients find that these small comforts make it easier to relax and focus on themselves.

As an integrative counsellor, I work from a person-centred foundation, meaning sessions are shaped around you and your unique needs. I draw on elements from different therapeutic approaches — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy, among others — when they may be helpful in supporting your goals. This flexible, collaborative way of working allows your counselling experience to be as individual as you are.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at £50. I also offer a 10% discount when you book and pay for a block of six sessions in advance.

To help you decide if I’m the right counsellor for you as a couple, I offer a free 20-minute consultation via Google Meets or telephone. This gives us a chance to meet, discuss what brings you to counselling, and see how it feels to work together. If you’d like to find out more or arrange your consultation, please get in touch.
